Proven consistently as one of the most efficient fast fat burning exercises is interval training. Interval training consists of short bursts of high and low intensity training alternated.

As an example with jogging you would start off with a 4-5 minute light jogging warm up as warming up before exercise is vital. Next, the interval training will begin with 1 minute of running (high intensity) followed by 1.5 minutes of light jogging (low intensity), the two are then alternated 5-6 times each, totaling 12.5-15 minutes of actual training not including the 4-5 minute warm up and a 3-4 minute light jog cool down at the end. Also stretching your body afterwards can help keep you from being too sore the following day.

Third: By far the MOST important step out of the three is commitment. You will not see ANY results if you only follow these steps once a week or when you feel like it. You must do a little bit towards your goal each day no matter how you are feeling.

If you stop for a second and have a really good think about where you will be in a year from now, two years from now, even five or ten years from now if you don't take any action, how painful it will be having your body only get worse and worse, you can begin to see how worth the effort it will be, to do that little bit each day.
