We've all laughed at those "funny" commercials where the fat guy is running down the street or something and you can see his fat belly jiggling, at which point, there's probably some tawdry remark about it. Heck, every comedy film you see that has a remotely overweight person winds up having cracks about the weird mass that is belly fat. I hate my own belly fat. So, I found three really simple steps that have helped me crack down on my own belly.
Step #1: Tuck Your Tummy. It may not seem like the kind of thing that does a lot of damage to that belly fat, but it really does. If you work on just trying to keep you tummy tucked in throughout the day, you'll be amazed at how much you tighten up your muscles and stop your stomach from really jiggling.
Step #2: Cut out Bad Foods. This means that if you're really serious about changing your diet, you need to pull a lot of "bad" foods from your diet. It doesn't mean that you can't occasionally splurge, but ice cream once a week is too much. You need to cut sugars, saturated fats and starches from your diet in order to really make a difference, so fill your diet instead with raw fruits and vegetables.
Step #3: No more Milk. I know you think that milk is great, that it "does a body good", but the fact is that you don't actually need milk in order to get calcium. You can get it from certain fruits or vegetables instead of getting all of that animal fat. So cut out the milk! I mean it! It goes right to your stomach, and that's exactly what you don't want!
