WHICH ONE OF THIS BEST SOLUTIONS WE CHOOSE ?

Reduce Stomach Fat Without Sit-Ups or Crunches

There are so many of us that struggle with excess flab that hangs over the top of our pants. This is not only disgusting when we look in the mirror, but is a great embarrassment for anyone who actually cares about their bodies. This may seem a little harsh, but if you are dealing with tummy fat then you know how true it is.

There are a number of diets out there that claim that you can lose all that excess weight within a matter of weeks. There is something; however, that many do not know. This extra fat will not go away if you lose a few pounds. In fact, the weight you lose on any of these diets will not benefit you at all. If it is water weight it might stay off, but not likely. If it is not water weight then it is, most likely, muscle weight. Lost muscle weight will never have a positive effect on your physique or health.

In fact, muscle is the one thing that will burn your body fat for you. Yes - the more muscle you have the less fat you have. If you truly want to lose belly fat or even have a toned body, you must increase your muscle tone; this is to say you must improve your fat to muscle ratio.

Ideally you want your fat to muscle ratio somewhere around 10 - 12. Today, sadly, most people sit around 20. This is, obviously, quite high. What this means is that those bodies have much more fat than they do muscle; when fat outweighs muscle there are many disadvantages including bad health, lack of energy, and depression.

It is quite the vicious circle and the diets and devices that are constantly hitting the market are not helping. In fact, they are making things worse. People try these "solutions" only to fail, but what they don't know is that it is not their fault. To be truly successful at weight loss you need to focus on weight gain.

This sounds silly, yes, but muscle weighs more than fat and as we have already discussed, you need muscle to burn fat. Therefore, the more muscle you have, the less fat you will have. Eating a healthy diet and working a strength training program are the only two things that will get you where you need to be. This may mean that you need to make some lifestyle changes, but it is well worth it.

Come to the realization that what you have been taught, possibly for years, is wrong. You need to build muscle and eat to lose fat. Being healthy and fit is not about the numbers you see on the scale; rather it is about your ration of muscle to fat. Eat natural foods and use your own weight to work on muscle building exercises and you will begin to shed belly fat within a matter of months. Yes, it takes time, but you are worth it.
